Darren Ypey
CO-FOUNDER
Darren brings well over a decade in the energy sector, with
deep specialist knowledge of void energy. Before co-founding TSM in 2020, he spent eight
years as Director of Property Partnership at OVO Energy, where he delivered void energy
services to property management companies. That experience shaped TSM whole approach:
practical, fast solutions to the energy headaches that come with empty properties. Today
Darren leads the business with a focus on growth, partnerships and tackling even the most
complex energy challenges head-on.
Chris Davis
CO-FOUNDER
Chris co-founded TSM in 2020 and brings more than 14 years
of void energy expertise, including team leadership at Spark Energy and Greenstar Energy.
He has an exceptional grasp of a notoriously complicated market, which he puts to work
resolving the non-standard, knotty cases that others struggle with. Chris oversees the
operational engine of the business, making sure clients get accurate, reliable outcomes no
matter how unusual the situation.
Neil Foster
Director & Shareholder
Neil is a director and shareholder at TSM with more than eight years of experience in the energy industry, focused squarely on void energy. Known for a solution-led mindset and a genuine talent for building lasting client relationships, he’s committed to making a positive difference for the social landlords and local authorities TSM works with — helping them reach their goals while keeping the experience straightforward.
Gemma Hanlon
Head of Operations
Gemma has over 25 years of customer service experience, including a decade in the utility sector and a specialism in electricity. Before stepping into the Head of Operations role, she managed both office and field teams at a DNO, overseeing new property connections. That blend of frontline service and leadership gives her a deep understanding of operational excellence, which she channels into delivering efficient, dependable service for every TSM client.
John Quinn
Head of Business Development
John leads business development at TSM, drawing on a strong background across the energy industry. His previous roles include Channel Lead for property partnership at OVO energy, giving him a broad view of the sector and a real talent for building relationships and opening new opportunities. John is focused on growing TSM’s partnerships with social landlords and local authorities across the UK.
